Estimates, arborist opinions and tree risk
Estimates and assessments reflect the professional opinion of an ISA certified arborist based on a visual inspection at a single point in time. Trees are living organisms and can fail without visible defects, particularly during severe weather. No inspection can guarantee that a tree will not fail.
Written risk assessments follow the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification method and are valid for the timeframe stated in the report.
Utility lines, permits and property lines
Customers are responsible for identifying property lines and obtaining neighbor consent for work on shared or boundary trees. We will help identify permit requirements for steep slope, historic district and HOA properties, but final permit responsibility rests with the property owner unless agreed in writing. Work near primary power lines is coordinated with the utility.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC.
