Our first job is safety: we confirm power lines are de-energized with Duke Energy, keep people clear, and remove the weight from your structure in a controlled way to prevent more damage. Tarping partners can be called to the site for roofs.
We photograph the scene before, during and after the work and provide an itemized invoice written the way adjusters need it.

When a tree damages a covered structure, most policies cover removal from the structure, often up to a set limit. Trees that fall without hitting anything are usually not covered. We provide the documentation either way.
Stay at least 35 feet away and call Duke Energy at 1-800-769-3766 first. We will coordinate with the utility and work once the line is de-energized.
